Job Description

The Product Supply Chain Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient supply of finished products to our end customers. This position is responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing the supply chain process while adhering to shelf life, delivery time, material packaging, and quantity parameters.

This involves:

  • New product registration: Entering material information into the SAP system for the first time.
  • MRR review (analysis and planning): Conducting daily reviews to continuously monitor client needs, ensuring specifications align with shelf life, packaging, delivery times, and transportation modes.
  • Status monitoring and updating: Tracking and updating the status of STOs.
  • Report preparation: Creating essential reports for evaluation and analysis of indicators, identifying deviations, and taking corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of administrative processes such as planning, inventory management, and material transfer.
  • Familiarity with the SAP System in planning and material transfer areas.
  • An intermediate level of English proficiency.
