**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Hilton Worldwide. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts with suppliers, purchasing required goods, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with our suppliers to obtain competitive quotations, ensure that the best products are sourced, and purchase them accordingly. You will also manage the database of active local contracts with suppliers, ensure that the Purchasing Manual is current, and adhere to quality procedures and standards.
You will work collaboratively with the Finance Manager/Director to draft the annual budget and maintain a record of commitments for all budgets. Additionally, you will supervise the operation of the stores, uphold company health and safety, quality assurance and control procedures, and compile accurate stock records.
