Danfoss is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Technology Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in and manage Change Control projects to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain Technical Specifications, Quality documents, and other relevant documentation to support production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing costs and increasing productivity.
- Support the development and implementation of new product launches, ensuring timely and efficient production.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production-related issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and equipment.
- Participate in global gatekeeper tasks and collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
