Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technology Budget Program Analyst to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a key member of our global program, you will play a critical role in supporting the Manufacturing Technology refresh and IPI launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit X+Y monthly manual forecast inputs to support the global program.
- Collaborate with PDO teams to obtain input and follow up on PR/PO/RFQ action items.
- Work with relevant teams to gather and report back on all required details.
- Follow up with JV plants for ITSA and vendor PO action items.
- Communicate with program stakeholders to obtain cost estimations and quotes.
- Work with the ITBO sourcing team to submit TR Program purchase orders.
- Collaborate with the IPI team to submit purchase orders needed.
- Manage the IPI budget by project with the IPI team.
- Prepare yearly expense forecast and monthly follow-up.
- Complete MCRP's and administer AFRs.
- Consolidate monthly metrics to support the forecast deck.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field relative to Information Technologies.
- Experience managing a budgetary portfolio.
- Ability to work in English with multinational colleagues from around the world.
- Experience using the Office 365 suite.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to management and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of accounting systems (IERP, Ariba, Apption, Nicus).
- Able to understand and analyze the impacts of actions on the business from a financial perspective.
- Self-motivated and able to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well across multiple functions.
