Job Description

This role is responsible for providing prompt and professional F&B service to hotel guests and ensuring that the bar is set according to standards and procedures.

• Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests
• Maintain high service levels under pressure

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5-star hotel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The salary range is based on industry standards and the location of the hotel.
