Quality Incident Lead

About the Role
- As a Quality Incident Lead, you will be responsible for leading external quality incidents with extended teams to provide timely responses to customers.
- You will follow up on customer complaints workflow, coordinating activities for contentions and corrective actions for customer quality claims.
- Maintaining contact and meeting the requirements of internal and external customers is crucial in this role.
- You will provide external quality performance information to the Guarantee Engineer when required.
- Additionally, you will support and liaise with Warranty Engineers and AQE for customer complaints (warranties/AIMS).
- In this position, you will also support Quality Engineers when there are doubts about the acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with specific response requirements of each client are essential.
About You
- You should have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry as a Process Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, Customer Window, or quality-direct contact with customers is required.
- You should have very good communication skills and be proficient in English for business conversations.
- Experience with the automotive electronics industry (SMT components and process) is highly valued.
- Knowledge and experience with Quality Systems, problem-solving tools, SPC, PFMEA & Quality Plans are also essential.
- Familiarity with Quality standards - ISO IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 is a plus.
- 8Ds, 5Ps, FTA, Failure Mechanism analysis skills are highly desirable.
