Novares is seeking a dedicated Operator (M/F) for its Manufacturing department.

Objectives

Level 1: Guarantee production and the quality of outputs in accordance with established procedures.
Level 2: Ensure production and quality compliance while demonstrating versatility across various production stations.
Level 3: Maintain production and quality standards while exhibiting versatility and undertaking additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities LEVEL 1:
1 - Ensure production adheres to procedures:
- Produce in line with established standards (production, quality, safety, etc.)
- Document production accurately
- Package and label finished products
- Verify conformity between products and labels
2 - Monitor the quality of production:
- Raise alerts for quality issues
- Ensure smooth workflow
3 - Maintain cleanliness and conformity of the workspace:
- Clean workstations
- Confirm workstation readiness before production starts
4 - Support the efficiency of the Production Team:
- Propose improvements and assist in their implementation
- Enhance versatility and multi-skilling
- Participate in team meetings and improvement discussions
- Adhere to company policies and practices
- Assist colleagues as needed
5 - Communicate necessary information to the production team:
- Attend team briefings
- Inform supervisors of any faults or potential issues
- Ensure proper handover of instructions to the next shift's operator
LEVEL 2 (Includes Level 1 responsibilities plus the following):
1 - Ensure production compliance:
- Manage workstation and meet production targets
- Assist in changing production setups as needed
- Identify and resolve common operational issues
- Maintain versatility across multiple product lines.
2 - Oversee quality control:
- Conduct rework as necessary
LEVEL 3 (Includes Level 1 and 2 responsibilities plus the following):
1 - Ensure production compliance:
- Restart production stations after shutdown (if authorized)
- Assist with production transitions (if authorized)
2 - Oversee quality control:
- Aid in reducing defective products
- Analyze non-conformity causes and suggest improvements
- Identify complex issues and implement corrective actions
3 - Maintain workspace cleanliness and conformity:
- Perform basic maintenance tasks
4 - Support the efficiency of the Production Team:
- Assist in training new team members on processes and products
5 - Provide technical guidance and training:
- Coordinate and deliver training to operators
- Offer technical support to team members
- Monitor training needs and facilitate integration of new processes. Essential Skills

- Manual dexterity for assembly and inspection tasks
- Close vision for handling small components and identifying defects
- Normal color vision and depth perception
- Ability to follow directions
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork
- Basic reading and math skills for understanding procedures and completing reports.
