Job Title: Appointment Scheduler

DentistFind is seeking an experienced Appointment Scheduler to join our team in Tijuana, Mexico. As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for generating and scheduling appointments for our sales team or service providers within the company.

About the Role:

• You will be contacting potential clients or customers, promoting our company's products or services, and persuading them to agree to an appointment.
• Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years of proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
• They possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively and build relationships over the phone.
• The successful candidate will be persuasive and persistent, able to handle objections and rejection professionally.

About the Opportunity:

• This full-time, remote position offers a competitive salary of $40,000 per year.
• The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours between 6am-6pm EST.
• You will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales or service team to align appointment schedules with their availability and provide them with necessary details about each appointment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Persuasive and persistent with the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and appointments efficiently.
• Proficient in using CRM software or appointment scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with sales processes and terminology.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
