• Collaborate with the Engineering function to deploy and sustain a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement an annual training program for process excellence and innovation.
• Partner with Product Engineering managers to resolve complex problems and improve product development processes.
• Mentor and coach team members to achieve process excellence and certification.
• Participate in key project reviews as a process excellence champion.
• Foster a culture of sharing best practices and knowledge across business units.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Engineering Product design, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management.
• Bachelor's Degree required (Engineering degree preferred).
• Certified Design for Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and educate stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in project management in complex organizations operating on a global scale.
• Experience in leading process improvements across the organization.
