Job Title: Strategic Product Leader for Digital Transformation


About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Product Leader to join our team at Publicis Sapient. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of digital products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop product vision and strategy, leveraging design thinking tools and customer research.
  • Represent the client in ideation workshops, identifying new ideas and solution options that meet customer needs.
  • Develop solution hypotheses and validate them through user research and testing.
  • Translate product vision into a roadmap containing well-defined features that realize the product vision and value.
  • Validate and present the business case to C-level executives and lead business reviews to ensure prioritization of the right features.
  • Serve as a voice of the customer among the cross-functional team, ensuring alignment towards program increment objectives.
  • Collaborate with system architects to envision and prioritize system enablers.
  • Represent industry best practice and market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Become a trusted relationship builder with clients, teams, and vendors, developing influence without authority.
  • Inspire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Analysts to continually improve digital products and services.

Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Experience in software solution development products, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles.
  • Demonstrated success creating digital products vision, strategy, experience, and enterprise solutions and services.
  • Proven ability in collaborating and leading Program Increment (PI) cycles.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Practice in workshop facilitation to cultivate ideation.
  • Ability to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, using data to inform product feature increments.
  • Proven track record of working with senior client stakeholders and diverse teams as a servant leader and steward of economic and customer value.
  • Mastery in leading change and inspiring others to change behaviors.
  • Influencer in continuous learning and innovation.
