At North American Production Sharing, we are seeking an exceptional Industrial Operations Director to lead our team. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the industrial operations of our organization, including formulating and negotiating objectives and budgets, as well as implementing strategies and action plans to achieve those objectives. They will also validate and authorize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the company.

Main Responsibilities
  • Determine and execute administrative policies through subordinate managers;
  • Ensure the optimal operation of departments within the organization, such as production, quality, finance, materials, engineering, maintenance, and human resources;
  • Select, train, motivate, and develop staff, as well as act as a facilitator and promote interdepartmental harmony;
  • Analyze problems and strategize for better solutions;
  • Resolve conflicts and make decisions efficiently;
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the industry and its place in the market;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A high school degree or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business management, business, or a related field is preferred;
  • 3 years' previous experience as a plant manager;
  • Strong management skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams;
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills;
  • Encouraging to team and staff, able to mentor and lead;
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management;
  • Bilingual English and Spanish skills;
