Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the S4 Hana transition for Bosch Power Tools. The successful candidate will work closely with our central Program managers to ensure a smooth rollout.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead risk management and mitigation efforts for IT projects
* Coordinate regional and central project teams for rollout activities
* Deliver S/4 HANA templates on time, within budget, and to quality standards
* Ensure project governance and maintain PT standards
* Drive sustainable change management in local organizations
* Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and local management
* Ensure successful handover to the 'Run' Organization

Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience in IT project management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and coaching skills
* Fluency in English (spoken and written), German preferred
* Experience in international and cross-cultural environments
* Willingness to work in international projects with high travel requirements

Desirable Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP projects
* Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP)
* Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies
* SAP experience with multimodule projects
