**Job Summary**

British American Tobacco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in a Junior IDT Project Manager role. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading 3rd party support vendors to manage and facilitate the change process for an FDA Validated system.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead meetings with key stakeholders for Prioritization, Validation, Backlog overview, Change Management and Communication.
  • Analyze and translate business needs into formal requirements and oversee impact assessment performed by 3rd party support vendors.
  • Oversee validation assessments and work with the 3rd party support team to address deviations.
  • Oversee regression testing performed by 3rd party support team for workflows and system configuration when patches are introduced.
  • Support 3rd party support team with user incidents as needed, including engagement with other DBS pillars involving technical issues with integrations.
  • Maintain dedicated SharePoint site for all relevant documents and processes (change control tracking, prioritization outcomes, meeting minutes, etc.).

**Requirements**

  • At least 2 years of related experience.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, ADO, or similar tool to facilitate project management.
  • Project Management expertise, managing multiple projects and changes simultaneously.
  • Strong prioritization skills to manage competing activities.
  • Ability to lead and influence stakeholders and support teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills working with business functions, service providers, and co-workers.
  • Degree with a focus in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

**Nice to Have**

  • Experience in the use of Microsoft SharePoint Sites.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ITIL or Agile formal training.
  • MBA/Master's degree in related field.
