Job Function: Finance The role:
**Accounts Receivable Team Lead - Noram**
**Finance Shared Service Center**
As a seasoned Account Receivable Team Lead, you will oversee accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments, accurate postings, and thorough reconciliations. Your role includes fraud detection through billing run analyses and maintaining precise ledger accounts. Additionally, you will supervise a support team, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with other supervisors, all while adhering to policies and procedures under managerial guidance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Financial Operations Management:**
Oversee the billing processes for USA operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
Manage credit notes, re-invoicing, and cancellations.
Investigate and understand the reasons behind re-invoicing to ensure accounting accuracy.
**Team Leadership and Collaboration:**
Lead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to deadlines.
Develop and enhance managerial skills within the team.
Ensure no pending tasks and respect deadlines.
**Stakeholder Communication and Problem Solving:**
Act as the primary contact for local finance teams in the USA.
Maintain clear and assertive communication with stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned.
Exhibit a sense of urgency in resolving issues and managing tasks.
Utilize flexible thinking and investigative skills to identify and escalate issues appropriately.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree completed with a title, preferably in Accounting or Economics/Administrative Sciences.
Strong experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting.
Prior experience in billing.
Experience working in accounting positions for USA-based operations.
Advanced English proficiency is indispensable.
Capability to investigate issues deeply and provide solutions.
**Plus:**
A Master's degree is considered a plus.
Experience with FSSC (Financial Shared Services Center) is a plus.
