Key Responsibilities- Assist technical services management in performing technical analysis of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and systems.
- Provide coaching and guidance to process engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct investigations to resolve technical problems and provide recommendations for improvement.
- University degree in an appropriate manufacturing or engineering related field.
- Five to six years of experience in manufacturing related fields, with a thorough knowledge of manufacturing operations, Lean Manufacturing, and Takt Time Cycle Time Studies.
- Previous supervisory experience and at least four to six years of manufacturing experience.
- Basic English language skills.
- Quality Tools, GD&T, and Problem-solving methodologies are highly desirable.
