**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assembly Lean Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating manufacturing processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency
- Contribute to the buildup of new production cells and generate technical information for production processes
- Maintain and improve existing manufacturing methods to support Johnson Controls' capacity expansion plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement Lean Manufacturing principles
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard work sheets, OMS, ODS, FMEA, and DFAM
**Requirements:**
- Industrial, Mechatronic, or Mechanic Engineering Degree
- 3+ years of experience in Assembly process
- Strong knowledge of elements of continuous improvement, line balancing, capacity calculations, planning, and layout
- Project management experience and proven record of accomplishment in change management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
