Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified System Engineer to become an integral part of our Research and Development Department.
- Actively participate as a core team member, providing technical guidance during discussions and planning sessions with project management.
- Lead initiatives to integrate Access and Immobilizer algorithms associated with Passive Entry Passive Start (PEPS) systems.
- Collaborate with System and Software Architects, as well as Software Development and Testing engineers, to ensure alignment with assigned features.
- Define feature specifications considering boundaries, conditions, and constraints.
- Create and maintain system requirements for customer features, including safety-related mechanisms for fault detection and compensatory actions.
- Ensure that features are clearly defined and adhere to the one feature one specification principle.
- Maintain traceability between stakeholder and system requirements for assigned features.
- Oversee the implementation of customer features on test benches and vehicles.
- Assist in problem resolution and change management in collaboration with Hardware, Software, and Testing teams.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for features in accordance with system requirements, and develop measurement procedures.
- Provide technical leadership for feature development.
- Review initial test strategies, test lists, and test setups.
- Support customer meetings and test drives with technical expertise.
