Key Responsibilities:
- Drive projects or modules of large complex programs within the domains of operations, supply chain management, and logistics.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.
- Owning decision-making within projects and contributes to digital solutions to managers.
- Act as a resource to other business units for issues on digital transformation.
About the Role:
This position requires a Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, etc.).
Requirements:
- Experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects/modules from design to implementation, with a capability to work independently.
- Critical thinking, with outstanding analytical, stakeholder influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Understanding and experience on requirements understanding, definition, prototyping of products and platforms is required.
- Experience with Agile product development methodology and tools is preferred.
- Digital product management experience in building digital products and platforms or intelligent process automation solutions.
- Understanding of leading technologies in the field of supply chain analytics and transformation.
