About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Network Sales Professional to join our RUCKUS team in Mexico City. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in growing our business and positioning our solutions in the Mexican market.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our field sales teams and management to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships with customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our ecosystem partners, including channel distributors, installation business partners, consultants, engineers, general contractors, and integrators.
  • Qualify new business leads and forward them to the field team or ecosystem for follow-up.
  • Use internal resources to provide product expediting, pricing, technical support, and other services to meet customer expectations.
  • Manage opportunities and develop account plans using our CRM system.
  • Implement the CommScope Sales Methodology to drive sales growth and success.
Requirements:
  • A completed bachelor's degree or two years of sales experience.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish language (written and spoken).
  • 6-12 months previous B2B selling experience in similar area.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CRM (Salesforce) tool experience.
  • Sales experience in similar industry.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Show innovation through outstanding ideas and propose them to the team.
  • Willing to travel occasionally to support customer and partner face-to-face meetings.
  • Experienced benefits of data-driven, purposeful coaching.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
What We Offer:

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure includes a base salary and performance-based incentives.
