{"h1": "Engineering Change Coordinator", "p": "At Eaton, we are seeking a skilled Engineering Change Coordinator to facilitate internal and external changes within our Queretaro PSD site. This role will ensure that permanent and temporary changes are effectively planned, tracked, and implemented.

Responsibilities:

* Liaise between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other relevant departments to address concerns and resolve issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address concerns and resolve issues.
* Coordinate follow-up meetings with different departments per business unit.
* Collaborate with division and plant personnel to coordinate ECs; verifying that ECs and all documentation conform to policies and procedures and use the correct formats.
* Take ownership to ensure all relevant internal and external stakeholders are involved.
* Support marketing & sales teams by helping answer Sales order actions.
* Maintain, create, update Part numbers and Bill of Material as required.
* Develop and maintain EC metrics.
* Monitor risk assessment to higher rating ECs and escalate issues when needed.
* Develop EC & CAD standards.
* Train organization on EC & CAD standards.
* Responsible for EC audits required by customer and ISO certifications.
* Lead continuous Improvements to the EC process to keep it functional according with business needs, keep process documents updated, and deployment.

Requirements:

* Mechanical, Industrial Engineering degree or related fields required.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role, 2 years experience with BOM (Bill of Materials) administration.
* PLM Enovia experience.
* SAP Experience.
* BOM Interpretation.
* Drawings interpretation.
* English proficiency (both verbal and written).
* Drive for results, Autonomous, Effective problem identification and solution skills, Leadership, Ethical.
