Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team.
This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our people strategy and fostering an environment that drives employee engagement, growth, and performance.
Beyond managing HR programs and operations, this person will take a lead role in building and nurturing Clockwork's culture —a key component of our success as we continue to scale.
This role will serve as a strategic advisor and coach to leadership while being hands-on in managing HR operations and projects.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy and Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and management on HR-related matters, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
- Culture and Employee Engagement: Be a champion of Clockwork's culture, driving initiatives that foster a strong sense of community, collaboration, and shared purpose across teams.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Talent Development and Performance: Administer programs such as Goal and Performance, Competency Management, and Career Development Plans.
- Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with Finance and leadership to manage compensation structures, payroll processes, and benefits programs.
- HR Operations and Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations across our global offices.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Postgraduate degree in related field a plus
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including roles in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Employee Relations
- Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathize with employees and actively listen to their needs
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
