This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of IT candidates, develop business acumen, and provide exceptional customer service while exceeding assigned quotas.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions, conducting interviews via phone or in-person, qualifying or rejecting candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews, serving as a contact person for questions from candidates, and meeting weekly quotas related to calls and hirings.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment and selection (end-to-end) and possess effective communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, experience working with Microsoft Office suite, high-energy and passion, and demonstrated ability to meet quotas.

Education and Qualifications

A college degree related to Business Administration, Psychology, or Computing is required, along with English courses or training and fluency in English.
