We are seeking a highly skilled R&M Specialist to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. As an R&M Specialist, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, retrofit, and upgrade of electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, data acquisition systems, downhole tools, and communication equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to ensure optimal performance
• Assist in the installation and testing of new equipment and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including work orders and repair records

• 4-6 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of industry-specific software
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience with hazardous materials, radioactive elements, and explosives
• Knowledge of NDT, NDE, and ATEX policies and principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
