As an Executive Post Production Manager, you will work closely with the Post Production Director and other producers to develop and embed best practices across the team. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless project delivery that meets client ambitions, production values, and commercial targets.
The ideal candidate will have +6 years of experience in production across multiple platforms, proficiency in Spanish and English, excellent knowledge of broadcast/post production workflows, and experience/knowledge of business affairs/TV admin.
In this role, you will also be expected to provide excellent client service, prioritize effectively across multiple projects, manage time and resources according to each production's requirements, and work under pressure calmly and effectively to meet tight deadlines.
You will be part of a global team managing localisation/adaptation video projects across various clients. We emphasize skills, expertise, and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and embed best practices across the team.
- Work closely with account management teams to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly.
- Support in developing and maintaining current post-production processes.
- Share experience/knowledge to develop the skills of the wider team.
- Embed a commercially-minded culture and support the team to maximize all commercial opportunities.
- Reflect the agency's values and culture at all times.
- Develop client relationships and actively support retention and development.
