The Go-to-Market Finance & Strategy team acts as trusted advisors within the organization, guiding pivotal executive decisions through insightful analyses and strategic collaboration. The core responsibilities of a Senior Financial Analyst include providing precise forecasting and actionable insights, developing intricate financial models, and evolving into a comprehensive finance professional. The contributions of our analysts are vital to the team's success, ensuring that your influence is felt immediately as you cultivate financial and business expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer decision-making support and serve as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, addressing daily operational choices and significant strategic transitions by delivering accurate financial and non-financial insights for their business decisions.
  • Conduct relevant ongoing and ad hoc analyses, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance value engineering opportunities and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and refine robust financial models to accurately forecast and plan essential financial and operational metrics.
  • Provide timely and precise reporting on existing and new key financial and operational metrics aligned with strategic objectives. Maintain, monitor, and analyze historical and projected critical metric reporting, focusing on identifying emerging trends, uncovering opportunities, mitigating risks, and delivering insights on key drivers and return on investment.
  • Establish processes and spearhead improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize financial systems, enhance forecast accuracy, create tools, and streamline operational processes.
  • Facilitate the transition of processes to our Finance center of excellence.
  • Oversee standardized financial monthly and quarterly budgeting and internal/external reporting processes through focused execution of deliverables. Utilize a solid understanding of accounting to produce accurate forecasts and collaborate closely with the Controller's group to ensure accuracy and completeness during period-end close.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in technology, banking, private equity, corporate finance, economics, or consulting within a fast-paced industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in building scalable financial models (using Excel or Google Suite), with the ability to comprehend and translate how their inputs and outputs impact business outcomes.
  • Experience with financial planning systems (Adaptive is a plus).
  • Strong work ethic, analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities with a commitment to achieving quality results. Ability to grasp the strategic implications for the broader business while operating at a detailed tactical level.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of establishing collaborative relationships and influencing senior leadership.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, experience collaborating across matrixed organizations, and a commitment to building deep business partnerships.
  • Highly motivated self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and change. Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and effectively lead multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude with an analytical mindset and a desire to quickly learn new concepts.

This role requires attendance at our local office for part of the week, with the specific in-office schedule to be determined by the hiring manager.
