Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on complex machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
  2. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement ambitious projects and improvements, driving innovation and excellence in our manufacturing processes
  4. Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment, protecting both people and equipment
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, identifying areas for improvement and informing future maintenance needs

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  2. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints, with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
  3. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive team environment
