We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Luxury Hospitality Ambassador to join Jules at its luxury property management company in the USA. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients with a focus on exceeding their expectations
• Utilize advanced technology platforms to manage reservations, itineraries, and client requests efficiently
• Showcase expertise in luxury hospitality to provide recommendations, insights, and solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service offerings
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the luxury travel industry

Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in luxury hospitality or related fields with a track record of delivering high-quality customer service
• Advanced English proficiency with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Hospitality Management (or related field) is highly desirable
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate and utilize various digital tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and adapt to the dynamic needs of clients and the business
