The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of prove-out activities based on customer requirements and project timelines. This includes conducting regular meetings to keep activities on track and the team informed of prove-out status.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for supporting change management initiatives and ensuring that quality standards and customer requirements are met during the PPAP run.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that activities are in compliance with the QMS (ISO-9001 and IATF16949) and quality policy, and are aligned with the strategic direction of the organization and business context.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- TSU Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Working knowledge of quality/problem-solving tools (PPAP, Capability studies, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 4-Step, 8D, Fishbone)
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand)
- Familiarity with TPM and SMED techniques
- Customer Service mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
