About the Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for planning and prioritizing business development activities to achieve company revenue goals and sales targets for defined regions. They will develop and implement innovative commercial strategies to maximize results and reach challenging targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Client acquisition through outreach, demo, and closing
- Achieving sales KPIs and targets
- Presentation and negotiation of proposals and contracts
- CRM maintenance and client feedback
- Partner management and industry promotion
Requirements
- Solid experience in new business acquisition in the software-as-a-service space
- Industry background in hotel tech, OTA, or revenue management
- Confident communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation and resilience
- Growth mindset and openness to feedback and coaching
- Fluent in Spanish and English
