**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial documents, economic data, and market trends to assess credit risk.

• Supervise a portfolio of companies and transactions, making recommendations for rating transitions in a timely manner.

• Present credit analysis to rating committees and internal meetings, providing a clear and persuasive credit rationale.

• Demonstrate expertise in credit rating judgment, distinguishing between entities and transactions at different credit rating levels.

• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, advisors, and issuers, promoting Moody's Local Mexico franchise through marketing and transparency initiatives.

• Lead issuer meetings, presenting key credit rating factors and engaging in substantive dialog about key credit issues.

• Mentor and develop junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, engineering, business administration, statistics, or actuarial science.

• 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis, with a passion for banking, insurance, or managed funds entities and sectors.

• Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

• Ability to lead priorities within deadlines and adapt to a changing environment.

• Python programming and Visual Basic for Applications knowledge is a plus.
