HR Manager for Employee Development and Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team at Magna. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the Human Resources department in Monterrey, Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the hiring process, ensuring that we attract and select top talent for our organization.
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop and implement competitive compensation packages, as well as manage employee benefits to maintain a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
- Training and Development: Create and execute comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business growth and excellence.
- Safety and Environment: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including ISO 14001:2015, and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns in a fair and timely manner.
- Leadership and Development: Identify and develop future leaders within the organization, creating a strong succession plan to ensure continued growth and success.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR position.
- Advanced knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including the Mexican Federal Labor Law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to speak English fluently.
- Experience with HR systems and tools, including payroll and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
