We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and protecting our existing customer base from competitors.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve assigned revenue goals. This will involve:

  • Achieving sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies focused on retail solutions, including self-checkout, POS, and software services.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with local end customers and partners to create brand awareness and establish ourselves as a trusted partner in the region.
  • Executing transactional and value sales for customers, using the company's CRM to track sales opportunities and forecast future sales.
  • Presenting Toshiba solutions to customers and senior executives, highlighting our strengths and emphasizing the benefits of our products and services.

You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry issues, making recommendations for corrective action. Additionally, you will travel to maintain relationships with customers, staff, and partners, attend trade shows, and visit client facilities as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 6 years of experience as an Account Manager in a similar industry.
  • Management experience in a similar industry, operating under a sales quota system, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience selling technology solutions in the retail sector and Self-Service products.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior management levels.
