The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional who can thrive in an upbeat and innovative environment and collaborate with clients to deliver a state-of-the-art solution. You will excel at delivering high-quality service and cutting-edge solutions to our clients in the Oracle community.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, utilizing in-depth knowledge of the Oracle SCM Applications and industry best practices.
- Consult with clients to provide cost-effective solutions to business scenarios, leveraging expertise in procurement management, inventory management, and logistics.
- Work collaboratively with project teams and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Refine customer requirements, document, and present to the client for approval.
- Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for system enhancements or modifications.
- Develop unit test scripts and coordinate user acceptance testing of system enhancements or custom solutions.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.
- Experience with one or more Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Order Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Procurement Management, Product Information Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Logistics.
- Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, and manage testing of ERP SCM solutions.
- Prior experience leading or managing projects, with excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
