- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement maintenance strategies that align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Lead or support continuous improvement projects to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques to optimize equipment performance and reduce waste.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in predictive maintenance and reliability engineering.
- Experience in TPM (Predictive, Preventive, and Autonomous Maintenance) and lean manufacturing.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical monitoring and control processes.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret written instructions, oral, graphics, plans, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
