About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in our Building Products division. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities in Mexico's Northwest region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and revenue
  • Build strong relationships with engineers, owners, and general contractors to promote DRAMIX concrete reinforcement technologies
  • Manage and optimize the regional value chain to increase efficiency and profitability
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the region
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Sales/Marketing (or equivalent experience)
  • A minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in B2B settings
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools, CRM, forecasting, and marketing techniques
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
