Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Malt Production Supervisor to join our team at Malteurop. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production of high-quality malt.

About the Role

The Malt Production Supervisor will work closely with the Production Manager and cross-functionally with the entire team to achieve production plan attainment while controlling operating costs.

This is a leadership role that requires strong supervision, organizational, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for monitoring daily operations, achieving production targets, and managing team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

You will also be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing process efficiency, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily operations and achieve production targets
  • Manage team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze process efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with the Production Manager to build a professional development plan
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Engineering Preferred
  • 3 plus years progressive manufacturing supervision and management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience within food industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong supervisory, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated and directed, able to work well under pressure
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
