Team Management:- Motivating and coaching team members to achieve their goals.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members to join our dynamic team.
- Conducting regular performance reviews and implementing improvement plans to ensure high levels of productivity.
- Oversight of client engagements to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Optimization of accounting workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Providing strategic support to clients, including financial insights and business mentoring.
- Review and management of accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Preparation of financial statements and reports for clients, with analysis of financial data.
- Management of budgets, tracking of expenses, and assistance with accounting and bookkeeping duties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting management, with a proven track record of leading teams and processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and interact with US clients.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO Certified), with experience in accounting and reconciling within QBO.
- Expertise in financial statement preparation, including for LLCs and Partnerships, with strong USA GAAP knowledge.
- Technical accounting skills, including managing AP/AR, forecasting, and knowledge of US payroll and tax forms (1120s & 1040s).
