Maintenance Specialist

Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance management, corrective maintenance, and technical support for automated equipment. You will also be involved in project management, including CAPEX and OPEX projects to improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enforce safety and health rules and 5S principles
* Manage the maintenance department according to SPS/SIM rules to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment
* Plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage maintenance and tooling activities to rectify breakdowns and malfunctions
* Responsible for people management, including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being
* Experience in PLC operations, including basic system configurations and hardware, data manipulation, data communications, advanced programming commands, interfacing, troubleshooting, application, and program development
* Manage projects CAPEX and OPEX to improve productivity
Requirements:
* Mandatory graduation in Electronic, Mechatronics, Electric, or Maintenance Engineering
* Advanced level of English, mandatory; able to hold conversations with a high level of complexity
* Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams
* Experience in Industry 4.0
* Strong contributor to continuous improvement
* Effective communication
* Work under pressure and focused on results
