Responsabilidades
- Gestionar la organización, seguimiento y control de todos los envíos entrantes y salientes por vía aérea y marítima, asegurando un rendimiento excelente con todas las partes involucradas desde la organización hasta el cierre administrativo, de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos globales y regionales, incluyendo el TMS.
- Recopilar y analizar datos para formular recomendaciones que impulsen la mejora continua.
- Desarrollar procedimientos y capacitar a todos los usuarios del TMS.
- Mantener correspondencia con empresas extranjeras y con la logística corporativa y regional.
- Comunicar a la dirección cualquier problema relacionado con la logística.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones con proveedores logísticos.
- Interactuar con clientes internos y externos, subsidiarias extranjeras, distribuidores, proveedores, agentes y proveedores logísticos para garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones de importación y exportación aplicables.
Requisitos
- Título universitario o experiencia equivalente en Negocios Internacionales o campo relacionado; o cinco años de experiencia y/o capacitación relacionada; o combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en logística/servicios de transporte y mejora continua.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en comercio exterior (importación y exportación) y cumplimiento de aduanas y transporte.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en proyectos de la industria automotriz y/o desarrollo de suministros.
- Dominio del inglés a nivel avanzado y conversacional.
- Conocimientos en IATF, ISO.
- Manejo de Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP.
- Conocimiento de principios y métodos para el movimiento de personas o mercancías por aire, ferrocarril, mar o carretera, incluyendo costos, requisitos, ventajas y limitaciones relativos.
