**About the Role**

We are seeking an Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at Mondelez International in Mexico. As a leading snacking company, we are committed to creating a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

**Job Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary care services to our site, coordinating and managing the site health program, including safety inspections, ergonomics training, and assessments. This role also involves managing work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses, as well as providing initial emergency response and stabilization of critically ill or injured patients.

  • Coordinate preventative health and wellness programs to drive a reduction in work-related injuries
  • Provide initial emergency response, resuscitation, and stabilization of critically ill or injured patients
  • Support the development of health-related policies and Standard Operating Procedures for the site
  • Manage, maintain, and administer medical equipment and consumables in line with legal and medical standards

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need relevant qualifications in occupational health or claims management, such as a qualified doctor or nursing practitioner degree. You should also have diploma or degree qualifications in OHS/claims & injury management, workplace ergonomics, rehabilitation, or related disciplines. Strong experience in OHS and injury management is essential, particularly in a manufacturing environment.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include extended maternity leave, open spaces, remote work, and flexible working hours. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
