**Key Responsibilities**

As a Safety Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting EHS compliance audits in Mexico, ensuring that clients meet regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our team to provide integrated support that prioritizes productivity and growth while minimizing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

**Requirements and Experience**

**5+ years of experience with EHS compliance audits in Mexico required**:

**Fully bilingual in Spanish and English**:

**Ability to travel overnight to complete audits**:

**Strong customer service skills**:

**Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:

**Valid US passport and/or authorized to work in Mexico**

**Education and Credentials**

- Bachelor's degree in a Health and Safety discipline

- Professional credentials such as ASP, SMS, OHST, or CHST

**Physical Requirements**

_Prolonged periods of standing and walking_
- _Ability to lift up to 30lbs_
- _Ability to stoop, crawl, and bend_

**Other Requirements**

_Background check and potential drug screening required for the position_
- _Overtime and flexible working hours may be necessary based on project demands_
- _Residence within a reasonable commuting distance_
