We're seeking a Senior Project Manager/Portfolio Owner to oversee the development and implementation of our FinTech, PropTech, and SaaS products.

Multitaskr is a leading marketplace that simplifies the home improvement process by leveraging PropTech, FinTech, and human-centered interaction to modernize the residential construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders and senior team members to validate product and business objectives
  2. Ensure PropTech, FinTech, and SaaS products meet success criteria and maintain progress visibility in Jira
  3. Identify and resolve blockers and dependencies for teams
  4. Maintain project milestones and release schedules to meet roadmap timelines
  5. Prepare and facilitate project meetings with the Multitaskr leadership team
  6. Work closely with product marketing and automation teams to ensure seamless process changes
  7. Complete project closure tasks, including lessons learned documentation and project document management
  8. Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership on a weekly basis using Jira
Requirements
  1. 6+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams and working on SaaS products (preferably in PropTech and construction industries)
  2. Expert knowledge of software development methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Sprints)
  3. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Basecamp, Monday)
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  5. Experience conducting stakeholder interviews
  6. Ability to write technical documentation and product requirements
  7. Ability to capture and translate user and business needs
  8. Expertise in assigning tasks, milestones, and deadlines
  9. Proactive and self-motivated individual
  10. Strong communication skills (English/Spanish proficiency)
  11. Ability to work with small multidisciplinary teams
