Qualtrics, a leading Experience Management category creator, seeks an exceptional professional to lead the setup and scaling of its Account Services team in the Americas. This is a new role that requires strategic vision, leadership expertise, and a customer-centric approach.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $180,000-$220,000 per year, including a comprehensive package of competitive base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits. Additionally, Qualtrics offers a beautiful and energizing office space, annual experience bonus, and a hybrid work model that balances in-person collaboration with flexibility.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities- Establish a high-performing team that exceeds quarterly goals, driving customer satisfaction and productivity.
- Analyze demand and optimize channel mix, reducing handoffs and ensuring team sizing and scoping are accurate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, to improve processes and resolve customer issues.
- 10-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS environments, with at least 4-5 years of management experience and a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Evidence of commercial acumen, such as an MBA, experience in Sales or Customer Success, or a background in consulting.
- Results-oriented and able to partner with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present confidently to executives and engage peers.
