**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Standard Work Optimization**: Analyze and optimize standard work processes within the warehouse to improve efficiency and productivity.
- **Compliance and Quality**: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as quality standards and procedures.
- **Logistics and Inventory Management**: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, as well as manage inventory levels and optimize stock levels.

**Requirements:**
- **Bachelor's Degree**: In Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Engineering, or a related field.

- **Communication Skills**: Clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to make independent decisions with little supervision and lead a team.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient user of Microsoft Office and experience with SAP is a must.
