About the Role:

The Contracts Manager, Mexico will be responsible for achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets set by the company for the allocated regions. This involves managing hotel contracts in Mexico to meet the target number and mix of hotels, with the correct prices and availability, as defined by the Director of Purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract negotiation and management with hotel partners in Mexico
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet KPI targets
  • Collaborating with the Director of Purchasing to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Providing regular updates and reports on contract performance

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the hotel contracting industry in Mexico
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
