SSU Manager

About the Role

The SSU Manager will contribute to the success of global clinical trials by delivering study outcomes within schedule, budget, quality, and performance standards. This role may involve leading specific aspects of the global clinical trial process and contributing to operational excellence through process improvement and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute clinical trials and trial-related activities for assigned programs within budget and in compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to Novartis policies, guidelines, and external regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance trial execution and quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research positions, specifically in SSU.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken skills.
• Strong budget management, clinical trial management, negotiation, and project management skills.
