Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of goods.
• Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stock levels and optimize storage capacity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, logistics, supply chain management).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, stockroom management, shipping, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
