About the Role:

Carter's Inc. is seeking a skilled Anaplan Modeler to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and building complex business models using Anaplan, a leading cloud-based platform for business planning and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop Anaplan models to improve business processes and enhance customer experiences.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality models that meet customer requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain data feeds to and from Anaplan models, ensuring seamless integration with ERP and external source systems.
  4. Support deployment of solutions to end-users and provide training and support.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience building complex multidimensional models in Anaplan.
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
  • Expertise in Excel modeling, macros, pivot tables, formulae, and charts.
  • Ability to quickly grasp customer requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
