As a Product Quality Manager at Vitesco Technologies Group AG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our drive systems.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting production locations in creating and sustaining customer satisfaction during series production.
- Ensuring quality-related topics are addressed starting from the launch phase (G70), aligned with Project QM/QMPP.
- Maintaining Change Management for major design changes, including PTN/PCN validations, etc.
- Monitoring product quality performance in cooperation with customers and production locations, and supporting the Vitesco organization to improve in case of deficiencies or support continuous improvement activities.
You will work closely with production locations, SQA, engineering, and operations WW to resolve problems and ensure problem-solving activities are conducted effectively.
In addition, you will:
- Support and coordinate problem-solving activities for the respective product line when multiple manufacturing locations are involved.
- Communicate with customers on design-specific related quality topics.
- Support locations towards customers' claims and warranty issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Minimum 3 years of automotive experience.
- Proven experience with direct customer communication.
- Strong communication/presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Quality or related engineering discipline.
- Advanced English.
- Fluency in German is desired.
