Key Responsibilities- Receive and stage merchandise by department, ensuring accurate inventory levels and proper storage.
- Mark merchandise for placement in the facility and deliver to the appropriate department.
- Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies, notifying management of low stock levels in a timely manner.
- Inspect deliveries for freshness, cleanliness, consistency, and quality, refusing acceptance of damaged or unacceptable items.
- Adhere to food safety and handling policies, organizing and sanitizing refrigerators, freezers, floors, and equipment.
- Remove empty pallets, cardboard, and trash, and place in proper storage areas.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No related work experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move through narrow spaces.
